The first phase of Wembley Retail Park was completed for The Junction in the summer of 2007. Quintain acquired the park in November. Further phases are planned for 2008.

Planning consent has been awarded on the basis of national need for this combined fire station and search & rescue centre located in Beaconsfield's Green Belt. The scheme will commence on site in 2008.

Work has now commenced on the refurbishment and extension of the Queens Retail Park in Stafford for Capital & Counties. McLaren Construction are appointed as the Design & Build contractor. Work should be complete in Spring 2008.

This light industrial and trade counter estate for Terrace Hill in Brampton Road, Eastbourne has reached completion. The business park comprises 8 units totalling 77,484 sq ft while the 9 unit trade park has units varying in size from 3,020 to 4,030sq ft.

Planning Approval for a retail park on the edge of Aylesbury town centre was granted on the proviso that the main frontage facing Cambridge Street was designed in a traditional style in keeping with the existing properties. Consisting of 16,100 sq ft of retail with 11 apartments above, the scheme is due for completion in Spring 2008.

In 2007 Corstorphine + Wright delivered 30 new Sainsbury's Local stores throughout the UK. The portfolio of work included the larger 'Central' stores, ranging in size from 8,000 to 20,000 sq ft.
