BT
Designed by Corstorphine + Wright, this 9,000 m² building was the first phase of a new business park that we have also masterplanned.
As well as flexible office space, there are many other facilities including a restaurant, an all day cafe, bookable conference facilities and project rooms. There is also IT structured cabling throughout to support client/server technology.
The design was developed closely with BT and the Energy Design Advisory Service to engineer a workspace capable of achieving potential energy savings of up to 30%. The capital cost compares favourably with a ‘standard’ office building and the building has achieved an ‘excellent’ BREEAM rating.
