Cherwell 40 Distribution Park
Situated at Junction 11 on the M40 motorway near Banbury, the Cherwell 40 Distribution Park was masterplanned by Corstorphine + Wright in three phases.
The £24m project consists of warehouse units providing a total of over 600,000 sq.ft, including 30,000 sq.ft of offices.
Corstorphine + Wright selected high quality materials for the elevations. The full height glazed curtain walling features to the warehouse are reflected in the subtle curved facade of the offices.
