Derby City Council Offices

This redevelopment involves the complete refurbishment of the existing council house in Derby City Centre. The scheme includes additional office accommodation, a customer services centre, council chamber and members’ accommodation.

The building is designed to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ and an EPC rating of A. In addition, the building will harness energy from the River Derwent to provide electricity through a hydro-electric power system.
