The Bath Spa Hotel
Corstorphine + Wright was novated to Sir Robert McAlpine & Sons as the architect for the refurbishment and extension of this Grade II listed hotel for Forte.
In addition to a new extension block providing 120 guest rooms, the £11.5m project included a health and fitness centre and extensive landscaped gardens.
The design saw the hotel upgraded from a four to a five star rating during construction.
