Coseley Eco Park
Corstophine + Wright have been appointed by Skelton Group to masterplan this 26.3Ha (65 acre) regeneration site in the West Midlands.
This new scheme will include employment and residential uses, supported by retail and car showroom uses, a public waste recycling centre and plots for an energy recovery facility (ERF) and a new form of hydro-electric power generation.
The masterplan is underpinned by a strategic landscaping scheme with wildlife corridors, sustainable drainage and a community football pitch.
