




The new Kemble master plan responds to the setting of the historic airfield and creates a coherent strategy for development and improvement of Kemble Airfield Enterprise Park.
The application is for detailed consent for a new site access and a 100ksqft B8 Warehouseand outline consent for B1 offices totalling 60,000sqft and a second 100ksqft B8 Warehouse.
The buildings will achieve high standards of energy efficiency and sustainability when measured against current sustainable benchmarks. In particular the design and construction philosophy will target BREEAM Excellent and an A rated Energy Performance Certificate.
