Parkside
This 60 acre mixed use development is located close to Coventry city centre and is the basis for a 14 acre business park. As well as masterplanners and urban designers, we have been responsible for the design and execution of each of the buildings phased over a number of years.
To date, these include the £4m headquarters of the Further Education Funding Council, £8m central hub for BT and, most recently, the new £10m headquarters for the Learning & Skills Council. Parkside provides a unique landscaped business park with leisure and retail facilities.
