Corstorphine + Wright was commissioned by Terrace Hill Group to design a food store for Budgens.
The store forms part of Queen Elizabeth Park, a £6.8 million mixed commercial centre masterplanned and designed by Corstorphine + Wright, which includes an Academy Childcare nursery, Esporta health and fitness centre and 26 small office units for private sale.
The scheme centres around a town square with 300 car parking spaces interspersed by extensive soft and hard landscaping to produce a very attractive leisure and working environment.
The centre acts as a complement to the neighbouring 550 houses and apartments developed by Linden Homes and Laing Homes.
