






Mannington Retail Park sits on a prominent roundabout on the link road to Junction 16 of the M4.
Phase one of the park redevelopment consisted of a 58,000 sq ft unit for John Lewis at Home over two trading floors, plus a further 10,000 sq ft of new units. In line with John Lewis’ requirements, the new building was designed and constructed to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’.
The second phase of the refurbishment will see the remaining 35,000 sq ft of multi-tenanted units stripped back to frame and reclad to a complementary design.
