Severn Trent Water, Framework Agreement

Corstorphine + Wright is involved in a number of developments for Severn Trent as part of its estates strategy.  Projects include office accommodation, warehouses and a visitors centre near Rugby.

The framework is focused upon delivery and efficiency.  Buildings are low energy with high levels of sustainability encompassed in the design.
