About the Role

We are seeking a talented and design focused Senior Architect to join our friendly and collaborative team in our Stourbridge studio.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors. Experience in the residential sector, including senior living and urban/city living would be highly desirable.

You will play a key role in shaping projects at the early stages, with a strong focus on front-end design (RIBA Stages 0–3). There will also be opportunities to follow projects through to site and completion, giving you valuable end-to-end project involvement.

As a Senior Architect, you will enjoy an interesting mix of responsibilities, including:

Leading and contributing to concept design and early project stages

Producing high-quality presentations and design proposals

Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants

Client Liaison

Managing and running multiple projects effectively

Contributing to studio initiatives and wider practice activities

About you

We are looking for candidates who possess the following experience and skills:

A creative, design-led architect with strong conceptual skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Proven experience across multiple project types (residential preferred)

Strong organisational and project management skills 

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong sketching and rendering capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

High levels of creativity and strong conceptual design capability 

Proven experience delivering projects using CAD and BIM 

Ability to plan resources and monitor project profitability 

Ability to work under pressure, balancing deadlines, budgets and multiple priorities 

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain a strategic overview 

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities 

Leadership experience, including managing multidisciplinary project teams 

In depth knowledge of project delivery processes 

Understanding of environmental and social considerations within project design
