We’re excited to share that a team from our London Studio has been shortlisted for the RIBAJ Powers of Ten competition — a celebration of creativity, scale, and spatial storytelling.
The brief challenged entrants to design an object, installation, building, or urban intervention that plays with scale to evoke wonder, drama, or even shock — using SterlingOSB Zero as the core material to transform spatial perception.
Our submission, titled EAT ME Pick & Mix Pavilions, draws inspiration from Alice in Wonderland, reimagining scale through the lens of fantasy and curiosity. By shrinking the familiar, EAT ME turns sweets into spaces — inviting visitors into a world where architecture becomes playful, immersive, and unexpected.
The team really enjoyed the creativity and innovation of this including scripting the concept, printing models, drafting technical drawings, and creating 3D perspectives — all while sampling plenty of sweets for creative fuel!
The winner will be announced on September 24th, with all shortlisted entries featured in the October edition of RIBAJ and on RIBAJ.com.
