Debbie is passionate about adding real value to People & Culture by improving organization and operational processes through strategic HRM.
Debbie collaborates closely with the board of directors and support teams to continuously improve the people & culture agenda and ensure an inclusive and innovative work environment.
Prior to joining Corstorphine & Wright Debbie worked exclusively in the architecture and construction industry as a Recruitment Consultant and HR Generalist. Debbie holds an MSc in Environmental Policy and Management and proudly joined Corstorphine & Wright for their ESG focus.
