Great news for a Friday afternoon!

We are delighted to announce that our student residential scheme on behalf of Tellon, 50 High Street Sheffield, has been granted planning permission today.

The site which is located in the retail heart of the city, is in easy reach of all amenities and is easily accessible via public transport. The building is currently occupied by retail over two levels, with a further four disused levels above. These floors have already been stripped out of their previous retail use and the intention is to bring this part of the building back to life by adapting it into student accommodation.

The proposed development of 330 student bedrooms will house a mix of cluster apartments and studio units above the existing retail units as well as offering communal facilities, and an external courtyard created within the centre building. Particular attention has been made during the design phase to ensure the appearance and character of the building is not detracted.
