Located on the Everards Brewery site in Leicester, Corstorphine + Wright was appointed to this new retail park scheme due to its experience in delivering high quality retail projects.
Situated directly behind Fosse Shopping Park, this new retail scheme provides over 156,000 sq ft of retail space at ground floor and up to 200,000 sq ft at upper floors, across two three-storey anchors with mezzanine space in the remainder.
All units feature a 12m structural grid allowing the double-height structural glass shopfronts to run to 10.5m width without structure giving maximum impact and flexibility
The new shopping park will feature a three-storey 90,000 sq ft unit for Next, which leads the development and is one of the two anchor tenants on the site, in their new fashion-and-home format. Being just three miles from Next headquarters at Enderby it will be one of Next’s flagship stores.
The scheme includes a mall linking to the existing Fosse Shopping Park, providing good connectivity between the two and expanding the retail offer for both sites.
Planning was granted and the project is currently on site.
