Designed for Dawsongroup PLC, this new headquarters will provide a 3 storey, 60,000 sq.ft office alongside an 13,000 sq.ft maintenance building for the purpose of repairing and maintaining the fleet of vehicles and a 1,300 sq.ft sales office for the disposal of assets. A total of 200 car parking spaces will be provided with 19 additional spaces for visitors.
The limited palette of materials will provide a contemporary architectural style which responds to the demands of the buildings. A large amount of glass is proposed to provide natural day lighting into the office spaces as well as promoting an active frontage.
The development looks to provide a site that is future proof and allows for the company to continue to expand and grow in the Central Bedfordshire area.
