Severn Trent Waters’ existing London executive Board Room had become too small and was in need of substantial refurbishment. Corstorphine + Wright was tasked with assisting the client team to identify a new office suite that could be refurbished to meet their growing requirements at a level commensurate with a leading FTSE 100 company.

The facility was to include a large board room with fully integrated video conferencing and plug-and-play capabilities in the furnishings.

Corstorphine + Wright developed designs for a bespoke board room table and created a suite of rooms including an ante-chamber and visitors lounge, as well as ancillary office and touch-down space for the companies London based operatives.

Recognising the responsibility of the large utility companies to properly manage capital projects, the cost and commercial viability of the scheme was key to delivering a high quality environment on a restricted budget.
