Kemble Business Park

The new Kemble masterplan responds to the setting of the historic airfield and creates a coherent strategy for development and improvement of Kemble Airfield Enterprise Park.

The application is for detailed consent for a new site access, a 100,000 sq ft B8 warehouse and outline consent for B1 offices totalling 60,000 sq ft and a second 100,000 sq ft B8 warehouse, all of which will achieve high standards of energy efficiency and sustainability when measured against current sustainable benchmarks.

In particular the design and construction philosophy will target BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and an A rated Energy Performance Certificate.
