The 180 bed hotel forms part of the next phase of re-development of the Southwater Square, part of the Telford International Centre. In order to fully accommodate the requirements of the hotel and bar/restaurant the design has evolved into an ‘L’ shaped footprint.
The hotel and bar/restaurant accommodation is broken down as:
Lower Ground Floor
Hotel – Staff facilities, delivery access and food/beverage storage, waste storage and collection, meeting room.
Restaurant – Undercroft car parking, services and food/beverage storage.
Upper Ground Floor
Hotel – Reception, dedicated bar and dining, kitchen and back of house facilities.
Bar/Restaurant – Separate dining facilities.
First to Fifth Floors
Bedrooms and ancillary – 180 beds.
