Located in the North Warwickshire market town of Coleshill, Father Hudson’s Society’s new headquarters consists of offices, training rooms and a new Chapel with on-site parking. The development occupies a site within the heart of a conservation area and forms part of a wider residential masterplan constructed by Bellway Homes Ltd.
The proposals included the demolition and relocation of the existing Father Hudson’s Society office, which now affords views to the east, overlooking the countryside.
The new Chapel provides the occupants with a flexible place of worship and training and features a glass block feature window along with altar and robe store for worship, which can be closed away to provide additional space for the training room. The breakout space to the first floor provides occupants with a view over the countryside.
The new headquarters has been designed to be fully accessible and to meet the requirements of disabled occupants and visitors.
