We’re delighted to announce that our 531‑bed PBSA development at Temple Reach, Bristol has secured Gateway 2 approval from the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) for our client, Cubex — a fantastic way to begin the new year.
Corstorphine & Wright is proud to be appointed as both Architect and BSA Principal Designer on this landmark scheme, working in close collaboration with Bowmer & Kirkland Ltd and their wider network of designers and specialists. The application was validated in August and approved just before Christmas, marking an impressive 18‑week turnaround.
Demolition and remediation works commenced last year, with main construction scheduled to begin later in 2024.
