It has been announced that Corstorphine & Wright is one of 5 practices shortlisted for Employer of the Year at the 2025 AJ100 awards.
This is the first time we have been nominated for this award, and we are incredibly proud. This nomination reflects how the Practice has evolved in recent years and acknowledges the continued strength of our team.
Over the last 12 months, we have placed a strong focus on our learning and development programme, our DEI initiatives including enhanced Maternity/Adoption Pay and Paternity leave and the continued growth of our wellbeing strategy. We remain committed to supporting our team’s physical, social, financial and mental wellbeing.
We are delighted that the Architects’ Journal has recognised our progression and success with this shortlisting.
The winner will be announced at the Gala Lunch on 20 June, where the full 2025 AJ100 list will also be revealed. In 2024, Corstorphine & Wright reached number 13, a rise from number 116 when we first entered the AJ120 ten years ago.
