100 Kensington is a landmark, mixed-use development that is set to reshape the skyline of Kensington. Located in one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, the scheme will deliver a diverse mix of homes alongside commercial space, a community leisure facility including swimming pool and gym, and carefully designed public realm.
The scheme, for our client Seven Capital Mark, features a 29-storey residential tower, alongside seven additional buildings that together will provide 462 new homes. These include studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and larger family homes. 40% of the development, 185 units, will be delivered as affordable housing in partnership with Notting Hill Genesis Housing Association.
Designed with community and liveability in mind, the development also includes over 12,000 square feet of commercial and amenity space. These will support active ground floor uses and help foster a vibrant, well-connected neighbourhood. Beautifully landscaped gardens will connect the whole development.
A recently launched Marketing Suite provides an immersive experience for future residents, with features including:
- A highly detailed scale model of the full development
- Interactive touchscreens to explore apartment layouts and views using drone photography
- Real-time lighting displays to simulate daytime and evening outlooks from selected apartments
This interactive environment gives future residents a genuine sense of the lifestyle and outlook they can expect.
Cladding installation is underway, alongside the installation of steelwork whilst the 29-storey tower core is being cast. Despite the technical complexity of the site, progress on site continues at pace.
