Our team is especially proud to be shortlisted in Design Excellence, which celebrates our commitment to delivering a venue that is not only architecturally striking but also user-centred in every respect.
Being shortlisted reflects the successful partnership behind Vaillant Live, a key part of the overall Becketwell transformation that is breathing new life into central Derby. Corstorphine & Wright also successfully led on Phase 1 of the masterplan, delivering The Condor, a 259-home build-to-rent scheme that earned multiple shortlistings in 2023.
