On behalf of Victor Old Trafford, we have recently gained planning consent for a new residential development on the site of Warwick Road South in Old Trafford.
The development regenerates a brownfield site opposite the Old Trafford Metrolink station into a high quality, affordable residential living scheme, to be operated by Southway Housing Trust.
The development is spread across three separate blocks fronting Warwick Road South, the scheme provides 80 1 and 2 bed apartments. Each of the flats benefit from a generous terrace or balcony overlooking Old Trafford Cricket ground to the West and Seymore Grove Allotments to the East. Ground floor apartments are accessed direct from the street providing an active frontage to the development whilst landscaped parking courts and shared open space is provided to the rear of the blocks.
The scheme is due to start on site in January 2024
