Making a Positive Impact – 2nd Edition of C&W’s Impact Report Published

Corstorphine & Wright is pleased to announce the second edition of our Impact Report ‘Making a Positive Impact’, showcasing our continuing commitment to meaningful social, environmental and business impact.

Since publishing our first report, we have introduced new initiatives, strengthened existing programmes, and deepened our engagement with the communities we work within while also improving how we measure our impact, giving us a clearer picture of the difference we’re making.

This year’s report highlights significant progress in supporting our people and their wellbeing, including the introduction of a dedicated Wellness Policy, new Menopause and Gender Reassignment policies, and an industry-leading maternity package. We’ve also launched an independent whistleblowing service to strengthen transparency and integrity across the business.

Our environmental performance has also continued to improve. We have reduced business mileage by 10% against our 2022 baseline and enhanced the quality and scope of our commuting data, providing a stronger foundation for setting future sustainability targets and driving further progress.

Beyond our own operations, we’ve expanded our community outreach, creating more opportunities for young people and strengthening our contribution to the places we serve. These initiatives reflect our belief that lasting impact is achieved through meaningful partnerships and long-term investment in people and communities.

We’re proud of our progress, but recognise there is still more to do, particularly in finding the most sustainable pathways forward and reaching harder-to-reach groups, so the benefits of our work are shared more widely and equitably.

We remain committed to continuous improvement, transparency, and delivering lasting impact for our colleagues, communities, clients, and the environment.
