Kent Street Apartments is an 8-12 storey regeneration scheme that will deliver 133 high quality apartments, ground floor shared amenities and a flexible commercial space.

Forming a collection of 64 one and 69 two-bedroom apartments, the open-plan living scheme also features a large landscaped resident’s rooftop terrace. PV roof panels are situated on the eighth floor.

The design and materiality of the building aims to reflect the local grain and heritage of the area, echoing industrial themes. Using a single coloured brick to all facades creates an elegance in the simplicity and allows the different brick bonds to stand out as a feature which gives a gentle nod to the past. The resulting high quality design boasts a new benchmark for the area’s new developments.

Over 1,600sq.ft of shared amenity is provided, including ground level shared amenity and flexible commercial space, a courtyard garden and two small private rooftop terraces as well as the an external amenity garden.

The entire scheme is car free, so generous secure cycle storage for 133 cycles are included and accessed within the building and courtyard garden
