Corstorphine & Wright has designed a 71,000 sq.ft food store for Morrisons on the historic papermill site in the centre of Sittingbourne.
The store forms part of a wider masterplan including residential, amenity and leisure uses and thanks to the inclusion of photovoltaic arrays to generate electricity, will receive a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
