The Store House Leeds, UK

The Store House, located at 140–142 Briggate in Leeds and formerly occupied by House of Fraser, has been transformed into a high-quality Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development.
The scheme delivers 369 en-suite student bed spaces, comprising 238 cluster apartments accommodating between three and eight residents, alongside 131 self-contained studio apartments. In addition, the development provides over 3,000 sq m of flexible retail space across the ground and basement levels.

Residents benefit from more than 500 sq m of thoughtfully designed, high-specification amenity space, including co-working and study areas, a wellness suite, lounge and recreation spaces, a private screening room, and a private dining area with access to a roof terrace.
The development received unanimous approval from councillors at the Leeds City Council Planning Committee, reflecting strong support for the regeneration of this prominent city-centre building.
