Unusual HQ has achieved the Corporate Workplace award at the BCO Midlands and Central England Awards 2025.

This new headquarters in Bugbrooke, Northamptonshire for Unusual Rigging is an innovative two-storey building, set on a 4-acre site, showcasing cutting-edge circular economy principles and low-carbon design. It also stands out as one of the first new build circular buildings in the UK.

The BCO judges celebrated the scheme as a “pioneering achievement” in sustainable design and has been noted for being “designed for full disassembly and reuse at the end of its life – a rare distinction for a commercial building.”

Congratulations to the whole team and best of luck to all the finalists heading to the National Awards in October.
