We’re delighted Unusual Rigging HQ has been named a national winner in the British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards, taking home the prize in the Corporate Workplace category.
Following its regional success earlier this year, the project has now received national recognition for its ambitious approach to sustainability, innovation, and workplace design.
An extra special highlight was taking home the “Best of the Best” Award – it doesn’t get much better!
Located in Northamptonshire, the purpose-built headquarters was described by judges as a “pioneering achievement” in sustainable design. The building makes use of biogenic and reclaimed materials and has been designed to generate more energy than it consumes. It also embraces circular economy principles, with the ability to be fully disassembled and reused at the end of its life – a rare achievement for a commercial workplace.
A huge thank you to our client, Unusual Rigging, and to the wider project team for making this vision a reality. Congratulations to all those recognised at this year’s BCO National Awards.
