Sapphire Court, 215 Bradford Street is a brand new residential development in Digbeth, Birmingham sited immediately next to another Corstorphine & Wright development; Apex Lofts.

The high quality proposal regenerates an area previously occupied by a failing leisure and manufacturing building. Following demolition of the existing buildings, the new massing will see accommodation set over 6 and 8 storeys. The massing has been refined to produce a scheme that is sympathetic within the context of the site and appropriate for new development in this area, whilst also improving the existing industrial streetscape.
