Currently on site, this project for McLaren Property will provide a new 378 bed student accommodation building on a site that previously housed a vacant office building.
With demand for student accommodation in the region increasing due to the recent growth of both Coventry and Warwick University, The Oaks will offer high quality housing to 378 of these students, whilst boosting the retail and leisure economy within the immediate locality.

The proposed site is located along Westwood Way to the edge of Westwood Business Park, approximately 5 miles from Coventry City Centre and a 20 minute walk from Warwick University Campus.
