We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed by the German company Corestate Capital through an international competition led by CBRE, to masterplan the redevelopment of the iconic Royal Liver Building in Liverpool.

It is an enormous privilege to have been selected as the Architectural Practice to consider the redevelopment opportunities of this Liverpool landmark.

Overlooking the River Mersey, and dominating one of the world’s most famous waterfronts, the Grade l listed building is one of Liverpool’s Three Graces and provides 320,000 sq.ft of office accommodation. Last year Corestate Capital purchased the building and intends to breathe new life into the 106 year-old waterfront landmark.

Our vision is to transform the building into a world class destination by considering additional uses and introducing public and private amenities to enhance the visitor and occupier experience. The Masterplan will be submitted to Liverpool City Council later this year and will set out a Development Framework for phased redevelopment.

Our talented team are excited to be working with Corestate, CBRE specialist planning team and Peter DeFigueiredo who is an independent heritage buildings advisor on this high profile project.
