Corstorphine & Wright has been shortlisted in two categories at the prestigious Student Accommodation Conference & Awards 2026, recognising the strength of our sector expertise, design and the quality of our project delivery.

We are delighted to announce that we have been named finalists for:

Student Accommodation Architectural Practice of the Year
Halls of Residence Award for The Store House, Leeds

The double shortlisting is a significant achievement and reflects the creativity and collaborative approach of our teams working across the student accommodation sector. It also highlights our continued commitment to designing high-quality, sustainable and people-focused environments that enhance the student living experience.

The recognition of The Store House in Leeds is particularly rewarding, showcasing the impact of a project that combines design excellence with a strong understanding of the needs of modern student communities.

This year’s awards attracted an exceptionally high volume of entries, with organisers highlighting the outstanding standard of submissions across all categories. Being shortlisted in two categories is therefore a notable endorsement of the expertise, innovation and passion demonstrated by our teams and project partners.
