Derby’s Becketwell regeneration scheme has been recognised at the Insider East Midlands Property Awards in three categories.
We are incredibly proud of this scheme and the progress that has been made so far through the first phases.
The Condor, the first phase and build-to-rent development delivers 259 new homes, amenity space, a roof garden and residents lounge, ground floor commercial units plus new public realm in Springwell Square. As Phase I nears its completion, it has been shortlisted for:
- Construction Project of the Year
- Design Excellence Award
- Regeneration and Restoration Project of the Year
Phase II consists of Becketwell Performance Venue, a multipurpose facility with a capacity of 3500. Set to host music concerts, comedy shows, and conferences, this exciting venue has commenced construction, with the delivery of steelwork scheduled for the end of August.
