Corstorphine and Wright were originally appointed to attain planning and deliver a speculative 3 no. unit development at the Avonmouth Site.
After successfully attaining consent for the site, pre-let to a micro-electronics manufacturer was secured. A purpose-built facility was essential for this operator, which would require consolidation of multiple plots – demanding a new masterplan and full detailed consent.
Following development of a new masterplan, the scheme was revised to a 2 building development consisting of the micro-electronics facility and a 113,000 sqft speculative logistics development.
This development consists of a well proportioned warehouse with 12m clear internal height, first floor offices, welfare facilities, 12 loading doors and a 50m+ loading yard with trailer parking.
After successfully delivering the project the building was let to EVRi as a Regional Facility.
