King Edward Street Nottingham

The redevelopment of the King Edward Street site represented a significant regeneration opportunity and financial investment in Nottingham, forming a key component of the area’s ongoing development.
The scheme provided a building of prominence at one of the city’s key northern junctions, whilst reinforcing and improving key arterial routes into the city centre.

The building serves as a link between the historic urban scale to the south of the site and the emerging scale of the Huntingdon Street development corridor to the east, helping to stitch together the fractured urban fabric whilst protecting key routes through to the core of the city centre.
