Plot 25, Brent Cross ‘BXT’ London

Plot 25, Brent Cross Town forms part of the 50 acre London Masterplan.
The scheme contributes to this vision through a clear and distinctive architectural response that aligns with the Brent Cross design principles.
Developed in close collaboration with Howells, the design establishes a strong dialogue with the surrounding plots through its massing, form and urban presence, while responding sensitively to the emerging character of the area. Together, the design team sought to create a high-quality student living environment that supports the wider ambitions of Brent Cross Town as a sustainable and inclusive new community.
